Great work, great communication, great service
The service was great. However the fact that one paper in the application process was over 100 pages long was daunting. I am sure that some people would be completely turned off or turned away by that in an application process.

the closing was not as smooth. Some documents were not ready at closing, which made me and my buyer nervou. It was resolved, but it left a bit of a bad Taste for my buyers 1st closing ever.
