Sometime hard to get in touch with Elmer. He was very polite and helpful when I did get in touch. I know he is a busy person so I hope this does not affect him in any way,

Scheduling conflicts due to my husband's work schedule was a stressful time for us. Communications and emails were missed which added more stress. Overall other than the things mentioned was a good experience.

I had 2 brief calls with LaNay, then pushed to Korbin Kline. After 2 even briefer calls to Korbyn I was pushed to Susan Queen, who made this the most scrutinizing, investigative loan I have ever taking out. NEVER AGAIN will I use nor recommend...
