Was some delays in processing and closing dates., but overall great experience. Loan funds were distributed as stated and money wired as stated. Very happy with my loan.

all of the interaction I got from your staff was great. The challenge I had was when I submitted the same document multiple times and realized that the requesters weren't looking in the document history before requesting the same document.
