The refi was fairly straightforward. Sarah was helpful in getting me the instructions for everything she needed before I was forwarded to another person who finished up making sure I submitted everything.

Customer service was great. The people at Amerisave are very helpful and are always willing to help you understand what is needed. The loan is fairly quick amd easy to get through.

The processors did a great job. Started with Mariah Sarabia who was great and ended the last 6 weeks (or so) with Phillip Hoang. Phillip was outstanding. Excellent communication and follow up working with his team on providing routine updates....
