I have used Jae and Alcovoa for 2 house purchases and a refi over the last 10 years. At every turn Jae and her team were very clear and helpful! Alcova had a helpful app to upload documents and pictures of documents right off of my phone.

Robin did a great job keeping up with everything on the backend. I didn't have to do very much and she was extremely patient with my husband and I with our home purchase. Thank you Robin!
