Highly recommend begin closing process when contract is signed on purchase, not the last week. If that is the norm then closing should be done in the first week after purchaee agreement signed.

Jae was an amazing help and made the first time home buying process such an easy great experience. Jae was super responsive and had an almost immediate response to any question even while she was on vacation! She explained everything in detail...
