I've worked with Chris multiple times on my first house loan and multiple refinances of that loan. Every experience has been great.
Chris Laughlin is an amazing lending resource. He's so thorough, thoughtful, and helpful- he's the perfect balance of attentive and informative without being overwhelming. We couldn't be more pleased with his great service.
Chris explained the whole process at the start and advised us along the way when we needed to get involved in reviewing the documents and what we could expect, including after closing.
