Chad was on top of the cash out/Refinance process every step of the way. We were very pleased with the ease of the process and the communication every step of the way.

He was always available, got back to me quickly, answered every question that I had, made everything run smoothly, very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone who needed to finance or refinance their home.

He did me get out of the hole that loan companies had me in, that other companies weren't able or willing to do. That means a lot to me, We became friends not just business associates.
