Carolyn had the best attitude going into everything and she was very helpful with explaining the process and executing the process.
Carolyn kept me up to date throughout the process. Her knowledge of the mortgage process put my mind at ease. She also went above and beyond to communicate problems as they arise and what I needed to do to keep the process moving forward.
