The sum I requested as $70,000.00, but it was reduced to $29,000.00 without any explanation, exemplifying a lack of effective communication regarding the requested amount.
Caroline and her team made it easy and kept me up to date on the whole process.

Everyone we spoke to were very kind and knowlegable. Their systems make submitting documents very easy to submit document, very helpfu! Caroline was very good at keeping us up to date on everything ! Very good experience.
