Carol at Waterstone Mortgage made buying a home so easy for us. Couldn’t have done it without her. We went to her first then found a realtor. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home loan.
Carol puts a very nice human face on the process and is very responsive to questions and concerns. There were a lot of hiccups through this but she walked us through.

Carol and her team are true professional. She was always available over emails and I was regularly kept updated by her about the status of my loan application. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
This is the third transaction I have had with Carol and her team. Closing was quick and easy. She is great to work with. I have recommended her several times.
This is the 3rd house that we have bought that we had to take out a mortage. The process was already giving us anxiety. With all the e-mailing and scanning documents, not to metion the PDF's. We are old fashion and can barely use a computer....
