My proper taxes were not figured correctly in the first loan thus forcing me to refinance. I wish this hadn't happened because it cost me way more money than i should have paid.

Everything happened as it needed to. I am in a different time zone, and we had some vacation time over the Thanksgiving holiday to deal with, so it did add to some waiting times on communication and my anxiety. Brittani was great.
