Brittani did email constant to keep me up to date.and replied too all my emails. I was not notified of different loan amount. I felt she did not hear what I was saying until I asked her to focus. There was a lot of bad things that happened...

Great communication and customer service. Brittani was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions no matter what time even since we are on different time zones. This was my first time refinancing and she made it very easy

Lock in rates need to be LOCKED IN. There was a very small increase to my locked in rate, so if you’re going to say it’s locked in…..
