I was able to do everything on-line at my own time.
The level of communication was absolutely awful! My process started more than 6 months ago and waiting sometimes 3 days for a reply is unacceptable! I will definitely look elsewhere soon to take my business somewhere else
Streamlined and simple

Good advice and simple process
Communication was awesome!
