Shorten length of time to complete. Process took 11 months to complete from initial application (Feb 2021).
Brian would always return our phone calls if needed. Brian was really responsive and quick to reply to emails when needed. Overall, Brian was great and I am so grateful that he got our call when we first called in. Thank you Brian
Excellent routine communication
Always available, quick response and always kept me informed.
Overall communication, status reporting and end to end transparency from the start of loan application to closing is meticulous.
Brian, I believe, did his best but this process took 4 months. I kept supplying paperwork that I had already supply it was now outdated. Little communication on hold ups. I finally started emailing every other day to get updates.

I would say, if Brian was more responsive to may emails. Some email he did even respond to. As far a Reba! She kept the lines of communication open and she was a joy to work with. She answered my calls and was always prepared to help!
