Worst company I have had to deal with. It took 7 months for a simple refi. No one communicated with us at all. I can't wait to pay off my house or refi with another company ASAP!
Customer service horrible everytime I speak to a representative I get the same rude, nasty, attitudes for no reason these people speak to you like loan sharks.
Great communication, excellent customer service, very personable.
