Transaction was seamless from start to finish. my Buyer ended up with paying less at the closing table on New Construction AND a lower interest rate!
From start to finish (and ven post close) a very professional and attentive team that at the end of the day made the objective of the whole operation happen! Hard to ask for more ;)
