I would have appreciated more communication during the process. So many questions that never got answered.

The loan process progressed well without any hitch and your advice was helpful.

The process went very smoothly- we had multiple people would could reach out to to ensure we got a timely response and the communication was very good.

Better communication More worksheets with the info upfront. More explanation of the process upfront (ie, we didn’t know about the rate drop option, or that the loan rates go down at 15 days until we right there. We felt up in the air a lot....

Clear, concise information and communication. Minimal back and forth.
