We had many trials and tribulations, we are so pleased that Bill went above and beyond to help us close in our home. He really went out of his way to jump through all the hoops with us!

There were just a lot of ridiculous hoops to jump and re jump through just because we are self-employed. We've never had such an experience getting a refinance loan. Has nothing to do with Billy, he was great.
