Mr. Davenport was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and was willing to direct me through the process in what I needed to do.

Given with what is currently going on, things went fairly smooth. I’m glad I decided to stay with this company to do my refinance.
It took some time.. but worked out well
There was a long delay (~5 months) between locking in the refinance rate and when settlement finally happened. When I would reach out for status updates, communication was slow (>1 week in one occurrence).
