This hole process was a joke. No communication at all. Started in September. Went threw December only for him to say he could not do it because of my check being returned with IF I had to pay over phone so I put a stop on it. This team is horrible....

Despite unusually high volume Arnold Davenport was always just an email away. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
Took longer to close process then was told by two months was told also would not have to pay any charges to the lender of which we wound up having to pay not a pleasant experience
Most documents were able to be signed by using DocuSign.

We started the refi process in Mar 2020, we did not close until Nov 2020. We went months without any information or status updates.
