All necessary documentation was already on file making the refinance process much easier. I wish we could have been able to skip two payments.
Very knowledgeable but a long process. Not his fault just a lot of people refinancing. Took around 70 days to close. Longest closing in my history.
Able to get a better rate and lowering the monthly payment!!
