Yes, glad we where able to pull off a tuff situation.
Andy was very informative when I was first considering Ladera Lending. Once the loan process began, he was very transparent and I was kept up to date on each step.

It was an easy process and clear communication
Andy was patient, answered all questions and made it easy to understand what would work to get my loan approved. Scheduling the closing was easy. I would recommend LaDera to my friends and family.
