    More organization, I was told everyday for a week that I had all my information submitted and would close soon. Then every day something else would come up they needed and closing would be delayed.

    The process was a bit drawn out. Underwriting was slow and our closing was pushed out twice. I want to stress, this is not a reflection on Alex Rebolledo, he did a great job! Alex was kind, honest, and helped to expidite things when needed....
