    ALEX WAS VERY GOOD BUT YOUR OVERALL PROCESS NEEDS LOOKING INTO. Their is a communication flow issue within the company. The software you use needs tweaking. Overall I was pleased but their are process flow to look at.

    Alex wasn't too bad, except that everything he said turned out to be basically untrue due to Marvin McAdams multiple failures, asking for THE SAME DOCUMENTS multiple times, failing to meet the timelines that NAF set, and not following through...
