Both Alex and Hazel made it easy, they answered my questions and it seemed liked they did all of the work. Everything was quick and simple. They sent forms to ESign and the process was just great.

Pretty inaccurate numbers given at the beginning of the process and we were not updated when those numbers changed. We found out at closing. We would not have refinanced if we knew before then

Better communication, (I know Alex was away, so I don't blame him, the guy that took his place for a bit(Chad Davis) was not good. This whole process took way to long.
