Alec explained the entire process to me using terms and explanations that is easily understood, eventhough, such terms are very technical. That made me understand fully the whole process, what was happening at each step and what that meant....

It closed, only with a slight delay. Thought the communication from the processor could've been greatly improved. Would not reply to any emails or voicemails.
