Zach was there for all of mine and my wife's question. and whenever we texted him we would get a fast reply and he was ext understanding that we were first time home buyers and helped us understand everything about the loan and the proces.

Zach wasn"t always the best at communicating. The system was hard to use and it times caused much frustration.
