Although I didn't meet the loan officer personally, he ensured our documents were prepared efficiently before the closing.
Although there were IT/Email communication issues at the onset, William constantly kept in touch through phone and ensured we understood the disclosures.
Through each and every step, William Dorgan and his team provided excellent detailed instructions on process to home ownership! I am overjoyed with excitement and as a new home owner.
