Amy was helpful, communicative, and thorough. The only point of frustration for me was a last minute change to cash to close (I was on my way to closing when I got the call), but she tolerated my frustration and helped me problem-solve.
William was always quickly responded to all of my inquiries and kept the loan on track the entire time.
