Both William and Shingo were readily available to answer all my questions. William was reall proactive in making sure I don't overspend and gave me really good feedback on which options are better for me.

William was easy to talk to even when I was frustrated or didn’t understand something he went out of his way to tell me and show other options. He also made feel very comfortable speaking to him.
