William Alvarez was the best! Communication was spot on, always informative & helpful. Michelle however could use instruction on dealing with customers. She sent an email just to my husbands address than got frustrated at me for not responding....

William made the experience great. He was constantly in communication making sure everything was understandable and done in a timely manner. The loan processing representative is the only area that could have been improved about our experience....

Will makes you feel like family. He is always to answer any questions and put your mind at ease. Will has worked around the clock to help me, get into my dream home. I would recommend him to everyone for the amazing job he did.

All we're kind and Courteous. The only thing I didn't like is when Michelle. Hubbedner had to take time off and her responsibilities weren't fulfilled with the other employee that was supposed to handle the situation.
