Willard was always pleasant and responsive. He did his best to facilitate communication and action with the rest of his team when some snags were reached. Overall, I had a pleasant experience working with him

Mr. Willard was absolutely amazing to work with. A wealth of knowledge and great personality that helped at every turn of this deal. From the very beginning to help make the connection with client to the very end getting a 1.1M VA loan closed...

They didn't have a problem dealing with unforseen problems that's we had.
