Thank you for sharing your experience you had with New American Funding. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Wendy was easy to reach, friendly and collaborative. She was very helpful with helping us resolve an appraisal issues and assured that we closed on time.
Everything was smooth until closing day. It is very difficult and unprofessional to ask for documentation two hours before closing. Clearly the underwriter did not review the file until the day of closing. Closing was delayed by several hours...
