The overall process from start to finish was so easy and was handled quite timely. David and his team are so easy to work with and make themselves available for even the smallest of questions which is invaluable.

I found myself in high volume offer situation and Amy had the ability to communicate exactly what was needed in order to ensure my offer was included. My offer was not accepted, but other loan providers do not have the ability to quickly act....

It is about communication and follow-through. We talked thru your needs and expectations up front and went over it all again prior to closing so that the worry about you not receiving everything you needed to be successful with your loan was...

Amy was so quick to direct me through the required documents ect to react to a high volume offer situation that allowed me to act. My financial institution did not have response times like she was able to get done.
