Cierra McDivitt helped with a IRA that I moved from another bank as a roll over. Any questions she had concerning this she was able to get help right away from the IRA department. She is very pleasant to work with. Lol.
All the paperwork to close the mature CD and open a new CD were completed be fore I got there so all I had to do was sign the papers. It was fast and easy and the CD rate was competitive.
Cierra was an outstanding banker. She was friendly, polite, and professional. She made me feel like a valued customer. It was a very positive experience!
Quick, easy, and friendly staff to help me through the process I needed completed
