Communication between the underwriting staff and loan staff could be better.
Questions were answered and calls returned promptly.
Fast and kept notified through the whole experience.
We went through a difficult process due to the people we dealt with who were selling the house we were buying. Tracy and her team worked above and beyond to help us out and get us to closing.
