Tracy Carroll

The whole process has gone well. It's taken longer than we expected; however, I think that's because many people are refinancing plus we're still in the midst of Covid. This is, in part, a trial run of how much we like Rosedale Federal and...

I don't know that it was Tracy, but the whole process took a very long time. I've refinanced before and it took way less time than this did.

Tracy taking over our account and actually getting us to the finish line after being stalled for months. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy respond to messages left by me quickly, and was very courteous and informative. She provided great customer service.

Tracy was the best , her communication was on point, answered and returned all my calls immediately. Thanks Tracy and Andrew for making this daunting process so easy

Everything was smooth and well communicated. Just like it has been every time we use Rosedale.

Tracy did a great job! The process was a little bit too electronically involved making communications very slow. We enjoyed working with Tracy she made the closing very simple.

Tracy could have not been any more helpful than she was, providing good advice and information. She was very patient and very easy to work with, and made things very easy to understand, Thanks

Tracey was patient and also very prompt in responding to questions.
