I think it was better then just ok. I did hope there was an option to get all of the paperwork at the same time. Or a schedule for when it would come In. Since some of it was dependant on other paperwork. I got anxious when there was nothing...

Traci is always prompt with her responses to my questions, and was able to match slightly better loan terms I found with another broker. Her service is a big reason I wanted to stay with FBHL instead of using the other lender.
