Lack of communication in regards to what the underwriters were doing and the constant requests for additional paperwork, some of which had been previously submitted.
Tonya's team made the entire process so smooth and easy! We've worked with her twice now and couldn't tract asked for better experiences!
Every step was quick and easy. A few hiccups with documents but was resolved rather efficiently.
The entire process was unbelievably smooth, we were never stressed about the financial side of the move. This is our second time working with Tonya and it was another awesome experience.
