Unprofessional. Non-responsive. Don’t even bother wasting your time. They create more barriers than help you overcome any barriers. Do not recommend.
Gave me refinance quotes up front prior to application. Responded with texts only as I requested until I made the contact. All others continue to call which I didn't want.
