It just took a little bit longer than normal, and the lack of communication from the second representative was a little frustrating, especially when they would set a timeline for any kind of update and wouldn’t get an update until the week...

Toni and Jordyn were both awesome. The underwriters made things more difficult, which made for a very long two+ months. Overall the people at NAF are very professional and helpful.
