Toni was great! Answer all of my questions promptly and professionally.
All went well. Toni kept us informed all the time of the process and she monitored real well.
time it took to process everything was too long, maybe hire more people to help customers with the process time and also if your person processing is out (due to illness or whatever)there should be a backup person to pick up your paperwork.
Toni was very responsive and helpful. She took the time to explain the refinancing process to me in good detail and made me very comfortable throughout the whole process.
