We requested our closing costs do not put into the loan.. At least 5 times.. Sent the paperwork back 3 times to get redone and And every time it came back wrong. We just got to the point where we accepted it. And will take care of the closing...

Tommy was quick to respond and kept the ball rolling. We ran multiple scenarios for my refi and he was easy to work with to adjust when necessary.
