Tommy was truly honest with me, answered everything I threw at him. He was a very knowledgeable loan officer. I have recommended him to 3 people so far and will continue to tell people about my experience.

There seem to be some miscommunication with the buyer. The buyer either did not follow instructions or they were not conveyed very well? Tommy is very polite and easy for me to talk to. But this one was not the smoothest.
