    I refinanced and it was an easy process. After the initial call, I was given a couple of options and chose what was right for me, no pressure given.

    There was not enough communication between employees and the mortgage people resulting in us have to give the info over and over again to someone different each time. Tom was pleasant but somehow the different factions need to keep everyone...
