Tom was very genuine, helpful and especially accessible. This is my first house, and Tom made sure my questions were answered quickly. I appreciate him being straightforward. NAF did a good job of keeping me up to date on the loan progress.

Tom is very diligent and kept me on point with all the paper work required in the mortgage process. His staff was also friendly and experienced. The team was also aware of out of state mortgage rules and processes.
