Available anytime we needed our questions answered
Tom was great. He communicated frequently and clearly.
You didn’t really do anything wrong. Parts of the process were confusing because I was sometimes communicating with three people, but my ineptitude with technology is certainly not on you.
Always available, always ready to answer questions no matter the relavent nature. Overall best experience to get a loan and new home!
