Tom and his team were very concise about initial and follow-up documentation that was required, and were in constant communication with me throughout the process. Overall, excellent, high-performance team that gets the job done!
Answered all my questions, made refinancing an easy process.
It would have been a more informative and easier experience had it been held in person. Due to the fact multiple hands touched and read the same forms we ended up sending the same information more than twice, which was frustrating.
