Todd worked with my since February 24' to make sure she was ready and getting the best first time homebuyers programs possible! She closed smoothly with zero money down and a 5% int rate! She is very happy with her payments !

A few too many emails requesting docs that we already sent. However, besides that it felt like they were on our side and helped us figure out our financials and make a game plan.

Just a lot of asking for paperwork that had already been sent. Which is stressful and slows things down.
